How posts and credits work
Each plan has a post limit for every month. Your annual total is those 12 monthly limits added together.
If you need more posts in a busy month, you can buy credits. One credit adds one extra post. Media Air can add up to 30 credits a month. Media Plus can add up to 60.
Credits expire. Unused posts and unused credits end when the month ends. They do not carry over to the next month.
If you find yourself buying credits often, upgrading is usually simpler.

Refunds, terms and what is not included
Refund policy
You can cancel within 7 days of signing for a full refund, as long as work has not started. After work starts, we refund your unused full months, minus production costs already spent. We need 30 days’ written notice.
What sits outside your plan
- •Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms.
- •Travel for shoots outside Bengaluru is billed at actual cost, and only with your approval first.
What we do not promise
We do not promise follower numbers, viral posts or guaranteed news coverage. We do not buy followers, engagement or reviews.

What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes everything in Media Air: social media management, script writing, post and blog management, video posting, post analysis, trend matching, campaign management, and press and news coverage. You approve every post before it goes live, and two people check each one.
How many posts does each plan include?
Media Air includes 25 posts a month, or 300 across the year. Media Plus includes 45 posts a month, or 540 across the year. Media Exclusive has no post limit. Each month has its own limit, and the annual total is the 12 months added together.
What are credits, and how do they work?
Credits let you add extra posts in a busy month. One credit adds one post. Media Air can add up to 30 credits a month, and Media Plus can add up to 60. Media Exclusive does not need credits because posts are unlimited. We share credit pricing in your meeting.
Do unused posts and credits carry over?
No. Unused posts and unused credits expire at the end of the month. They do not carry over. Your annual total is simply the 12 monthly limits added together, so a quiet month does not add posts to a later month.
Can I change my plan during the year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and we adjust the fee for the months that remain. Posts you have already used that month count toward your new plan. Moving to a smaller plan happens when your package renews.

What is your refund policy?

Which platforms do you cover?
We manage Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, and we handle press and editorial coverage in news outlets. Your plan covers the platforms you use, and we agree the list with you in your meeting.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. You sign a privacy agreement before we ask for any password or account access. We never name a client publicly without written permission.
